COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS IN THE ISSUES OF MOTIVATION: EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract— In this scientific article is considered the opinions of listeners of the Branch (Regional) Centre for Retraining and Professional Development of Pedagogical Personnel under the National University of Uzbekistan about stimulus, motivation and encouragement since it helps modernization in the field of education. The gained results compare by sex and pedagogical experience in this article. The sociological-psychological research conducted in January, 2018, in Tashkent.

THE ESSENCE OF ENSURING MACROECONOMIC BALANCE IN STRENGTHENING NATIONAL ECONOMIC STABILITY

Abstract— Each socio-economic system and its development works leaning on the special laws and measures in the world. This specific process is such tendency which appears in every fields and ways of our life. Particularly, self-systematic national economy and its each branch develop and progress under the laws like these and become suitable for modern requirements. One of these conditions is the balance amongst the different branches and fields of economy. Balance (also equilibrium) - s being equal of different sides and forces which move in contrary and opposing directions after their collision. This equality is the process which brings the tendency of clear modification of these sides to zero. Therefore, the economy called balanced when all important variable branches stay immovable during the period of economic balance. For example, when the amount of products which customers were going to buy becomes completely equal to the amount of this product in sale of current price, it would be called balanced market. This price which is satisfactory for both customer and seller is called balanced price.

THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract— This article refers to the theoretical and practical aspects of business, its development paths and strategy selection in Uzbek economy, the statistical analyses through methods of observation, collection of statistical data, classification, tabulation; and also diagrams and graphs frequently used in presenting data, dynamic changes, comparison and prognosis of indicators of the development of business, including the ways of improvement of private sector through solve the problems in the formation of economy as well as the perspectives of development of business in Uzbekistan. There are also given econometric modeling and forecasting of business development in GDP through analytical method in dynamic lines, OLS method taking into account the share of business in the number of employed in the volume of production of agricultural products, exports of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

CIVIL - POLITICAL CONSCIOUSNESS AS A MAIN OBJECT OF POLITICAL PHILOSOPHY

Abstract— The article discusses the formation of political consciousness which is largely dependent upon the spiritual, educational development of society. The reason is that a society with a spiritual or educational background can never form a person as a politician. As an object of policy philosophy power of the state and human relations are considered. The teaching of philosophy of politics as independent science, in turn, creates the awareness of the people and their involvement in all political processes and the civil political consciousness. This is a matter of water and air in the current political modernization of reforms.

ESTIMATION LST MAP FOR ORTA CHIRCHIK DISTRICT, UZBEKISTAN USING LANDSAT 8 SATELLITE IMAGES

Abstract— At Remote Sensing field lands surface temperature (LST) described as a digital representation skin temperature of the ground. LST is one of the important factors in Earth Observation studies such as hydrological, environmental, land use land cover change, climate change and agricultural studies. There some methods which are determined by some scientists. Some of these methods are Split-Window Algorithm (SWA) [1, 2, 3, 4, 5], Single Channel Method (SChM) [6, 7, 8] and Radiative Transfer Equation Based Method (RTEBM) [9, 10, 11].
