Abstract— The article discusses the features of the formation of low-rise and multi-storey buildings with a different number
of helio houses (from 50 to 80% of the total number of houses). The necessary distances between the facades of the helio houses are
determined with an overestimated and underestimated insolation rate of helio-facades. The principles of the formation of solar
structures of various planning structures are given.

of effective technology of their processing despite of the intensive research directed to the development of ore processing.
