Abstract—The article describes key models of fiscal policy as well as its settlement with
the help of graphs by Arthur Laffer and Phillips.
Obviously not only the compulsory payment of taxes, but also a close relationship of taxation
with the economic activities of economic entities
and citizens. This article looks at the problems and presents possible ways to improve fiscal
policy. The objectives of fiscal policy as any
stabilization (anti-cyclical) policy aimed at smoothing the cyclical fluctuations of the economy
are to ensure: 1) stable economic growth; 2) full
employment of resources (first of all, the solution of the problem of cyclical unemployment); 3)
stable price level (solution of the inflation
problem).

Abstract—Spirituality protects both the freedom of the individual, and freedom, the independence of the nation. The study of
social evolution, the logic of social processes creates the opportunity to identify changes in the system of historical, spiritual,
cultural and moral values according to the dynamics of the development of the society in situations of risks, challenges and
threats. To date, humankind has accumulated so many weapons and ammunition that it is enough to destroy the globe several
times. However, the greatest danger today is the ongoing ideological struggle for the souls and consciousness of people,
especially the younger generation. Today, the decisive role is played not by battles at nuclear test sites, but by fighting on the
ideological front. Never forget this bitter truth. The formation of ideological immunity is determined by the degree of its
conformity with the nature of the people, the way of life and thinking, and most importantly-how it reflects the national interests
and aspirations of society. Only such an ideology will stand the test of time and life, people will believe it and accept it as a
belief.

Abstract -The experimental group of pregnant sheep with symptoms of ketonuria consisted of animals with the content of ketone bodies in urine more than 0.5 mmol/l. It was found that when the level of ketone bodies is raised above physiological limits
by 2.3 times and their fractions — AcAc by 5.9 times indicates a metabolic disorder in pregnant sheep that is characteristic of
ketonuria. The ratio of ketone bodies fractions β-hydroxybutyric acid (BH) to acetone with acetoacetic acid (AcAc) is lower than
1.9: 1, and it should be considered as a nonspecific marker of fatty liver dystrophy regardless of the level of CKB in the blood. In
the future, the material obtained in this study should be considered when studying the problem of ketonuria and ketosis of
pregnant sheep as the concept of development of dysfunction «LPO-AOD» system for this metabolic disease.

Abstract— Every oasis is characterized by its climate, temperature, wind, humidity, radiation, insulation, aeration, lighting and landscaping, which
are considered as important factors of the climate of the country. The climate of the oasis of Khorezm is quite significant (relatively variable)
compared to other regions of Uzbekistan. The oasis of Khorezm on the heated air temperature is the second after Termez Region. Here absolute
maximum temperature rises up to 500. At 4:00 PM, the temperature reaches its peak, with the sunrays coming from the southern-west side.
Therefore, it is not advisable to focus on the building windows. This orientation of windows requires a higher degree of heat compatibility.

Abstract—This article examines the problem of the methodology for obtaining specific weights at the stage of reconciliation of
assessment results in order to obtain the final value of the valuation object. The author considers the complexity of forming an objective
evaluation result through the definition of the weighting coefficients on the basis of the expert method mainly, which is the most
applicable by experts in this sphere, and also the complexity of using other available methods.
