DETERMINATION OF THE
ADMINISTRATIVE LIABILITY OF LEGAL
PERSONS IN THE LEGISLATION OF
UZBEKISTAN

Abstract—some issues of establishing administrative liability of legal entities in the current legislation at the stage of
ongoing reforms in the judicial branch of the country has been analyzed from the theoretical and practical point of view. The
authors express their attitude to these issues. The article provides a systematic analysis of the scientific views of scientists and
specialists of foreign countries on the administrative responsibility of legal entities. It also provides suggestions and
recommendations for improving the legislation in the field of establishing administrative liability of legal entities based on the
requirements of foreign legislation and the needs of national legislation.

Abstract—Nowadays, in the market economy, it is important to produce highly advanced science-intensive products, not only in domestic, but also
in foreign markets. That is why we can see that demand for them is rising day by day. As you know, the scientific potential is primarily determined by
the amount of investment in the development of fundamental research in science, as well as the number of patents and licenses, the share of world
literature. In the name of the year 2018 - the Year of Support for Active Business, Innovation Ideas and Technology, the effectiveness of innovations
has been increasing. In particular, the issues identified in the 3rd section of the Strategy for the further development and liberalization of the economy
in the five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021 will also contribute to the further improvement of the
innovative environment.

Abstract— The article deals with diplomatic relations between the East of the Republic of Uzbekistan and developed industrial countries of the East. The
socio-economical, political and humanitarian cooperation between Uzbekistan and Republic of Korea is studied comparably to foreign experience. The managment
system of the capital which was created by the Republic of Korea and prospects of its transformation to Uzbekistan were discussed in the article. The work on the
implementation of the Smart Town System in the nearest future in Tashkent has been discussed.
