"The best article of the year-2018" annual award ceremony of the scientific e-journal "Baziz" (www.baziz.org) and the scientific seminar was held on January 25 at 10:00 in the conference hall of the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent.

The annual report of Baziz scientific research electronic journal and the results were read out at the event.

The presentation of the scientific article "E-learning and its development in Uzbekistan" was made by Nilufar Oripova, who is a master of science of the Zaarland University in Germany and a specialist in Westminster International University in Tashkent.

At the end of the event Nilufar Oripova, who is a winner of "The best Article of the Year-2018" contest, was awarded with the "Baziz" symbolic statuette, diploma, memorable gifts and cash prizes.

It should be noted that Nilufar Oripova's scientific article was published in the first issue (http://baziz.org/en/firstarticle#) of Baziz e-journal in 2018.

The event was also attended by researchers from National University of Uzbekistan, Tashkent State University of Law, Fergana branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies, Tashkent Architecture and Construction Institute, Westmister University in Tashkent, Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent and Technical Institute of Tashkent State Technical University.

The visitors were offered 100% gift coupons for the 2019 edition of Baziz scientific e-journal.
